Acceptance Criteria for the Landing Screen:

Only the super admin is allowed to create and edit roles and role access

STEP: 1: Select Organization

Display the Organization Name and ID in the drop-down

Upon organization selection, show the role data for the entire organization in a table (if available)

Do not display in-active organizations in the list

First-time role creation for the org

Display only the ""Create role"" button on the screen.

Clicking on the ""Create role"" should redirect the user to the role creation screen

For org, where the roles and access are already created:

Show the roles created in a table.

The table should contain role ID, role name, roles created by, created date and time, update by, updated date and time, status (Active and Inactive), and edit option

Clicking on the ""Edit"" option should redirect the user to edit the role and access the edit screen.

Provide a search option for the table. Search should be possible for role ID, role name, and status

Acceptance Criteria for Create and Edit Role and Access

Only the super admin is allowed to create and edit roles and role access

STEP: 1: Select Organization

Display the Organization Name and ID in the drop-down

Do not display in-active organizations in the list

STEP 3: Role Details

Enter Role Name: A field to enter the role name. Mandatory field. (Free Text, Word Limit: 10)

Enter Display Role Name: A field to enter the display role name. This is the display name to be considered in the fieldMynd app for the role. (Free Text, Character Limit: 15). Mandatory Field.

Role Description: Not mandatory. Free text. Word Limit: 30

STEP 4: Module Access List (Mandatory)

Provide module list checkboxes for multiple option selection.

Module List should contain Milk Trace etc…Comment

At least one module selection is mandatory for a role.

Upon submitting, a table with all the selections should be displayed.

STEP 5: Module Access Table (Mandatory)

Template of module access table:

Column 1: Module and Features Names

Column 2: View only

Column 3: Edit

What within the module can be viewed or edited? Comment

Yes and No options are to be provided in each cell to choose whether the clients want a view, edit, or do both.

Yes or No should be selected for all the cells. It is mandatory.

Organization Name, Sub-organization Name, Role Name, and Role Display Name, should be non-editable.

Enable/Disable option: Automatically enabled. The user can disable and submit. If disabled, the role becomes inactive and should not be shown across the organization in the fieldMynd app.

If the user leaves the screen after partially entering the data and without saving, they have to re-enter the data from the beginning.

User Story: As a Super Admin & Org Admin, I want to create a center for the selected hierarchy so that the data association can be possible for the Org and Sub-org.

Acceptance :

There should be an option to create the center with details and import the center with details.

There are 3 center creation options and 3 Import options for associating the centers with the Organization.

a. Create a Collection center with details and a bulk Import collection center with details

b. Create a Chilling center with details and a bulk Import Chilling center with details

c. Create a Farmer with details and a bulk Import farmers list with details

For all the Creation Org ID (6 Char) and Sub Org ID (6 Char) is required, so that association can be made for all the hierarchies.

Import files have Org and Sub org Id, If Sub -Org is not associated with the Org the import file will not have the Sub Org ID then the association should happen between Org ID & Chilling, Collection and farmer.

All the Mandatory and Optional fields for the creation and bulk import are mentioned in the “format”
